How can I get access?

Google Vids is expanding access to selected core Workspace SKUs and is now generally available; see plans and pricing for organisations.

How do I learn to use Google Vids?

You can access our always-on resources in the Google Workspace Learning Centre to learn what you can do with Google Vids.

Is there a time limit on the videos that I can create?

Yes, each video can be a maximum of 10 minutes to maximise viewer engagement. If you need to insert a portion of a longer video, you can insert videos from your Drive (up to 30 minutes) into a scene and then trim them.

Does Google Vids support vertical video?

At this time, we’ve optimised the initial experience for desktop, given that is where users most often create and view work videos and content today. Follow our Google Workspace Updates blog to stay up to date on new feature releases.

What languages does Google Vids support?

Currently, Vids is available in the user’s local language, but the AI features (e.g. Help me create a video, read-along teleprompter) and templates are only available in English at this time.

Will Vids be available via desktop and mobile?

At this time, Vids creation and editing is only available on a desktop, with viewing available on both desktop and mobile devices.
